Our Services

Manufacturing quantities from one or more prototype components or assemblies with higher volume opportunities up to 25 million units per year. Wilton Pressed Metals works with Steel, Stainless Steel and Alloys, Aluminum, Brass, Copper Alloys, and various plastics including Linen and Paper Phenolics, Melamine, and Vulcanized Fiber products.

Design For Manufacturing

DFMA will identify the critical elements of an assembly, work with the design to tolerance components for functionality, and help eliminate hidden cost due to over toleranced or complicated geometries. For instance, an extruded hole in place of a welded boss. By collaborating with our customers directly, we can implement cost effective stamping processes into new or existing parts and products.

We offer DFMA aid to customer mechanical/electrical designers who may be unfamiliar with the possibilities available with stamped metal/plastic components. Some stamped components have additional features added using conventional chip-making machine tool methods or are finished using laser or electric discharge machine (EDM) methods.

Take-Over Parts

Whether your product is new and wildly successful, or an existing line that just keeps on going, at times it is better to seek out alternative production methods. See how your company can leverage Wilton Pressed Metals capabilities to both relieve internal resources at your company and to better foster your products growth.
